Users who do not agree with these terms should not access or use the platform or its services.
By accessing Moorah or using its services, users agree to be bound by the applicable Terms of Use. These terms establish the permitted and prohibited uses of the platform and apply together with any additional terms relevant to particular services, features or transactions.
Different terms may apply depending on how the platform is used. Engagement tools may be subject to Platform Engagement Tools Terms & Conditions, while livestream, user-generated and applicable third-party content may be subject to Content Terms of Service. Purchases are subject to the relevant Terms of Sale, while Digital Goods and Moorah Wallet services may be governed by their respective terms and conditions.
Password-protected or secure areas of the platform and applicable services are restricted to customers with registered accounts. Users must not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to protected areas, services or information through methods that Moorah has not intentionally provided for their use.
According to the provided Moorah Terms of Use, users under 21 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian, including acceptance of the Terms of Use and responsibility for the user’s actions, applicable charges and compliance with the terms. Users without the required consent must stop accessing and using the platform and services.
Users agree to follow the guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions relating to Moorah services and platform access. Moorah may revise applicable terms from time to time, with changes becoming applicable upon publication on the platform.
Users must not impersonate another person or entity, falsely represent an affiliation, use the platform for illegal or unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform operations or other users, transmit prohibited materials, upload malicious software or use the platform in violation of applicable laws, internet standards or acceptable-use requirements.
Moorah may upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform or services without notice. The Terms of Use state that Moorah is not liable for access disruptions resulting from such changes.
Moorah reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor or control content, restrict access, report suspected legal violations and cooperate with investigations. Moorah may also request information from users and take appropriate action when inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information is suspected.
Use of Moorah services is also subject to the Moorah Privacy Policy. The Terms of Sale, Digital Vouchers & Gift Cards Terms, Moorah Wallet User Terms and other applicable conditions may supplement these Terms of Use depending on the service or feature involved.
Services are available only to users who meet applicable legal-age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Users previously suspended or in breach of the Terms of Use may not be permitted to access the services.
Users agree to use Moorah services lawfully and in good faith. Information and data provided through the platform must be accurate, and users remain responsible for the information they submit. Moorah reserves the right to cancel or reject use of services where fraud or suspicious transactions are suspected.
Moorah strives to provide accurate product information, but the Terms of Use state that product descriptions may not always be accurate, complete, current or error-free. Customers should review the information displayed for a product before completing an order.
Listed product prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated without prior notice.
Third-party vendors that are not affiliated with Moorah may list and sell products through the platform. Transactions with such vendors may constitute independent agreements between the customer and the relevant third-party vendor.
Certain Moorah services may require an account and the provision of Personal Data. A username and password may be issued by Moorah or provided by the user and accepted by the platform. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and maintaining the security of their accounts.
Users should change their passwords when appropriate and must not disclose their username or password to other parties. Moorah should be notified promptly if account credentials may have been compromised, used without authorisation or if Personal Data requires updating.
Where supported on a permitted mobile device, users may be able to use fingerprint or facial recognition as a verification method instead of account credentials or an OTP. Users are responsible for securing their device and ensuring that only their own permitted biometric identification is stored for access. The provided terms state that Moorah does not collect, process or store facial or fingerprint information as part of providing this verification service.
Activity conducted through a user’s username, password or enabled Biometric Verification may be treated as activity carried out by that user. Account credentials and biometric access information must therefore be kept confidential and protected against unauthorised use.
Starting 1 October 2025, Moorah’s stated commission activation system requires users participating in the applicable referral commission programme to make a purchase each month to activate commissions earned from their downline during that month. The terms further state that at least RM65 worth of products must be purchased per month to maintain referral bonus income.
Earned commissions initially appear in the wallet as a Floating Balance. After the required purchase is made, the month’s Floating Balance is transferred to Total Balance on the first day of the following month, according to the commission terms provided.
Under the stated commission system, commissions that are not activated may be passed to an active upline. Users participating in the referral programme should review the current platform terms for the applicable monthly requirements.
